Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • International destinations (where available)

If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • ZENORA GLOBAL LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and details.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
